Hey, Anchor Blue filed bankruptcy and my daughter bought me a couple of polishes while shopping there. I was going to stamp that matte I had on but instead I used one of the polishes and added some glitter. I have to note here that the LA Girls Matte Rose is holding up really well and with no top coat. So here are some pictures of the Matte Rose with L.A. Colors color craze Jewel Tone on top. I still have some much to learn about the application of glitter. Thank you Pumpkin for the polish I will use the other one another time for now I am enjoying this one. Peace peeps.

Picked this up on clearance awhile ago. It reminded me of the strawberry shell that Carvel had on soft Ice Cream Cones when I was little. There aren't any Carvel Ice Cream stores around here so I have no idea if they still sell those. I am a native New Yorker and there are alot of things the east coast has that the west does not. The one thing i noticed about this polish is it is thick, could be because it was on clearance. I used essie ridge filling base coat and I don't think I like it any more. Still not sure if it is base coat that is preventing the first layers of polish from going on the way I like, the weather or the nail polish or all of the above. We'll see.

I call this post bubblegum because that is what this polish reminds me of. Also they do smell like what a candy necklace tastes like. Claire's scented polishes are difficult to apply and sheer. But they smell yummy and the colors remind me of summer and after a few layers they look ok. I posted pictures of the first coat I applied so you can see what I mean when I say this polish is difficult.

Claires scented polish. Banana , took 3 coats to get it opaque. It does smell like banana's though. Sorry my nails still need more clean up but I wanted to get some pictures before I lost light. I used a paint brush to do edge and still need to wash off the excess. If wondering why the polish is spread onto my finger the way it is, it's because I did start the clean up and used a paint brush to get a nice edge. Peace peeps!

Walmart is selling Essie now and I told my daughter I would buy a polish and try it out. It took a few coats to apply due to the fact the first coat is runny. Second coat was fine and this is really a pretty polish I just need to be more careful next time as it gets air bubbles easily if you ask me. I used Essie ridge filling basecoat, Essie Coat Azure and OPI top coat. Have a great week and peace be with you.
